Store Policies: Please read our policies before placing your order.
Payments:
Our website accepts payment through all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
We reserve the right to limit quantities. In the event an item runs out of stock before we have a chance to update the website, we will notify you before your order ships. Please check your email / spam folder. If we cannot reach you within a 24-hour period we will ship your order without the out-of-stock item, so your order is not delayed. We will issue a refund for the out-of-stock item. We do not hold back orders.
Shipping:
We ship with a flat rate fee of $8.00 either first class or priority. We ship Monday through Friday through the United States Postal Service aka USPS. We only ship orders within the United States.
Upon ordering you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure your shipping information is up to date. We add tracking to all of our packages, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once shipped. Please contact the postal carrier under those instances.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of our natural skincare products e.g. Goat's Milk Soap, Goats Milk Lotion and Herbal Remedies we cannot except refunds or exchanges.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us so we may work together to come up with a solution to assure your shopping experience with us is a pleasant one.
